Roasted Atlantic cod filet served on a puff pastry, petals of tomato confits, sauteed olive oil artichoke heart, green asparagus with a sauce vin blanc aux curry

A lovely heart of slowly braised beef oxtail layered on top of chive pomme de terre puree served with broccoli sautéed in olive oil

and glazed farmers carrot siffle
